大家好，我是2021级博士研究生韩子名。我来自浙江大学中国农村发展研究院（卡特）、公共管理学院，专业为农业经济管理，导师为梁巧教授。 我的研究兴趣主要聚焦于农业产业组织、合作社高质量发展和小农户包容性增长等话题。

Hello friends, welcome to visit my personal website. I am Ziming Han, a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in agricultural economics and management at the China Academy for Rural Development (CARD), School of Public Affaris, Zhejiang University. My advisor if Professor Qiao Liang. My research interests include agricultural industrial organizations, farmer cooperatives, and inclusive deveolpment of smallholder farmers.

    前往日本京都大学、滋贺县、奈良县等地进行学习交流，增加了对日本农业政策、农协、农场经营管理知识的了解。

  2. 浙江大学“黄土地计划”大学生赴嘉兴嘉善县暑期社会实践活动

    2022.7

    前往浙江省嘉兴市嘉善县开展为期一个月的暑期实践活动。期间担任大学生实践团团长，并在嘉善县委办公室（台办）实习，增强了对基层工作的了解。

  3. 浙江大学等单位“浙江省乡村家庭微观跟踪调查”项目

    2022.1

    前往浙江省杭州市富阳区的龙门镇和新登镇开展调研，对当地因地制宜发展民宿产业、旅游产业有了进一步的认识。

  4. 浙江大学等单位“中国农村微观经济数据调查暨浙江农村共同富裕调查”项目

    2021.7

    前往浙江省台州市温岭市开展“共同富裕”主题的调研活动，参与《迈向共同富裕：浙江乡村振兴的村庄实践》的章节 《民益村:品牌助力农户增收共富——以“滨珠”葡萄为例》的访谈和文字撰写工作。

  5. 参加清华农研院举办的“走进贫困村”暑期调研活动

    2019.7

    前往贵州省黔东南州剑河县、铜仁市松桃县开展问卷调研和实地走访，与其他同学合计完成问卷80余份，增强了对扶贫现状和产业帮扶政策的了解。

    摘要： New agricultural operating entities (NAOEs) are essential agricultural players. With the development of the digital economy in the agricultural sector, both opportunities and challenges may arise for the NAOEs. This study examines the effects of the digital economy on the performance of NAOEs by using a comprehensive dataset containing information on nearly the entire population of family farms, farmer cooperatives and agricultural companies from 2013 to 2020 in China. The mechanisms and inclusiveness of these effects have also been explored. Our results find that the digital economy positively impacts NAOEs' performance in terms of sales revenue and profit. These effects are realised by improving agricultural inputs and market transaction conditions. The effects are more profound for farmer cooperatives, agricultural companies and NAOEs with lower profitability and larger organisation size. The magnitude of the effects is larger for NAOEs located in regions with better topographic, economic conditions and higher digital economy levels. In addition, the synergy between traditional and digital infrastructures can enhance these effects. The conclusion provides insights and guidance for encouraging the high-quality and inclusive development of NAOEs in the digital age.

    摘要：本文基于中国家庭大数据库等微观调研数据，将村庄数据和微观农户数据进行匹配，实证估计了新型农业经营主体对村庄内小农户增收和收入不平等的影响，并进行包容性分析和影响机制检验。研究发现：（1）新型农业经营主体对村庄内小农户的农业经营性收入和家庭总收入起到了显著的正向提升作用。（2）新型农业经营主体降低了小农户的收入不平等程度，对较低收入队列小农户的家庭总收入的促进作用较强，且其增收效应在不同人力、物质和社会资本水平的小农户之间并无明显差异，体现了包容性。（3）新型农业经营主体主要通过促进土地流转和降低土地细碎化程度、调整种植结构、推动农业机械化、开展农业技术培训等机制，促进了小农户农业经营性收入和家庭总收入的提高。

    摘要：促进新型农业经营主体发展是推动乡村振兴和建设农业强国的关键所在。本文在科学测度省级农业数字化增加值的基础上，结合2013-2020年浙大卡特—企研中国涉农研究数据和中国家庭追踪调查数据，考察农业数字化赋能新型农业经营主体发展的效应与作用机制。研究发现：农业数字化显著促进了新型农业经营主体发展，这一结论在进行稳健性检验后依然成立。特别地，农业数字化对非粮食主产区、革命老区以及民族地区的新型农业经营主体赋能作用更强。作用机制表明，农业数字化通过缓解雇工成本约束、土地流转约束、融资约束和销售约束，赋能新型农业经营主体发展。进一步分析还发现，农业数字化协同新型农业经营主体驱动了农业种植结构“趋粮化”。基于此，本文提出应进一步推动农业数字化转型，形成农业数字化发展、赋能和普惠新格局的政策启示。

    摘要：This chapter maps the governance features of Chinese cooperatives, focusing on the distinction of core and common members. Second, we provide an overview of farmer cooperatives’ evolution and current status in China regarding their numbers, membership size, and governmental support. Third, we offer a systematic review of Chinese literature on farmer cooperatives in recent years. Last, we summarize the future development trends for farmer cooperatives in China.
